Yeah the 64bit version ends with WIN64.VST or WIN64.VST3. This is the first 32bit plug-in I have read about that lacks the visual cues in the default SONAR layouts. 32bit plug-ins also load inside Bitbridge and do not display the standard Cakewalk VST header. IOW, the VST header drop down that I described above would not be visible unless the plug-in UI was opened with the SHIFT key held down. Then the regular VST header opens in a separate window.

Is is possible the 64bit dll was installed outside the VST scan path? I do not include 32bit plug-ins in the 64bit scan path when a 64bit version of a plug-in exists.

No I don't think so because there are 2 dll files for StutterEdit and one is green one is not... But then they both show up at the 32 bit... Unless somehow I never installed the 64 bit and I installed the 32bit twice? Doesn't really make sense but who knows... I might try e-mailing iZotope in the morning too to see what their opinion on this is.

It does sound like the 64bit version was not installed. I believe, there are two dlls installed for each version of the Stutter Edit VST plug-in: "iZotope Stutter Edit.dll" and "iZStutterEdit.dll"
