So I've got another Addictive Drums / Sonar X3 Studio question.  I've created an Instrument Track for AD, and all that is working fine.  When I go to the PRV to edit the drums, there is a Show/Hide Drum Pane checkbox.  When enabled, there is a pane that appears which is always empty.  I'm baffled by this, and the online documentation is pretty sparse in this area.  What is the Drum Pane for, any why is it devoid of content in my use case?

The Drum Pane Grid works with MIDI tracks using a drum map. No MIDI track and no drum map means the Drum Pane Grid is not used.

Ah ok so in my case the Drum Pane is of no use.  Thanks!

Not really, it simply means you haven't applied a drum map to your drum midi.

Maps can provide many benefits such as the ability to mute/solo individual kit pieces

There's a great walkthrough on them in all of Scott Garrigus's sonar POWER books
