Did you register the equipment via the Roland website? Once you've done that you can log the issue via the website. You will need to register on the website itself of course. Cheers...

actually I could sent the email without registration but i did register today and re sent the email again. same process .
but i am wondering is there any driver for windows 8.1 except of 2.0.2? like 2.0.1 or 2.0 for windows 8.1. not the stand alone driver, i need the set driver.

I didn't get any replay from Roland so i think i should make a new post specifically for x3d and windows 8.1 here to see who has the same problem. Thanks Alex for the help.

As you know I have the same problem as you about the master fader.
This is randomly if the master fader operates in accordance with the Sonar fader or not.

There are two days I was working on a new project that the master fader did not want to cooperate. I leave it like that and do not worries me.

Wanting to add the drum (Addictive Drum) I plug my midi controller (Roland A-800 Pro) in usb . Sonar asks me if I want to add the controller. I said yes.
I go into the options ticked the boxes in the options MIDI devices.
I click apply and Bang the master fader goes to zero and is now
synchronized with Sonar the master fader.
I do not know if your side it does something?
