Just trying to follow these instructions from a blog posted regarding "TH2 is Your New Pedalboard"

I get up to step 4 in the section titled "Mapping the Wah to a MIDI CC" and try play imported midi file, still no sound...
 
Can someone confirm these steps are correct - I should at this point see the wah pedal sliding and hear sound but I get nadda...
 
Would be really really nice if someone could re-do these steps as video (or does one already exist?)

Looks like I got it going - however the instructions don't provide the key to getting it going...
 
I needed to add Cakewalk TTS Soft Synth track and change the Output of the MIDI Track to input of CW TTS and drag TH2 VST into the FX bin of the CW TTS Track...
 
So this makes me a little uncertain about the blog steps????

In my sig I have an example of using a midi controller with TH2.
 
in this case I don't route it to TH2 as a synth, but it does work.
