Thank you for your replies. I did post on their forum and got no replies, and their tech support did not reply either, and I sent my question on Thursday, so they had whole Friday to address it and not leave it hanging over the weekend. But they must be busy resolving all these issues.
As I am continuing to investigate the problem, I finding out that it is partially or fully related to the tuning. For some reason, when I play A key, the voices (Alto in Multy) sing D key. (Just the way they assigned the samples to the keys). There is dial to adjust key. When I try to adjust it, it appears as some other voices get mixed in to it and not everything gets tuned. Lets say I changed toning -2, and I play key A. I play AAAA. It playbacks AAG#G#. I can not understand mechanism of what happens because I did not create software and dont know how it works. I need it to correspond to the right keys. A on Yamaha keyboard should be A when I use Play, but it is not. In fact, each different sample set (altos, sopranos and such) have different tuning of its samples when I play the same keys on keyboard, so if I tune sopranos, the altos have totally another tuning. I tuned the samples by lowering them -2 and they corresponded to the right key. But then soon as I inserted the Word Builder- it lost tuning again and started playing different notes when I press the same key. How do I suppose to work with this? I realize now that 1st time I used it (when I thought it worked), I just used samples in what ever key they were on the keyboard and did not realize I was not in A minor, but was in D minor- some how it matched with the rest of the song. But now that I take closer look, I realize that word builder is not letting me to change tuning because it does not change it to all words of the phrase. Restarting it not resolving it. Thank you.
