I want to thank all of you for your help.
I figured it out and it was a much simpler solution.
It turns out it was caused by an autotune plugin, however disabling it did not get rid of the clicking.
I had to delete it completely from the fx box and then it stopped.
Strange.
Sometimes the biggest problems have the simplest of solutions.

I am a bit confused - way early into this, I had asked about effects, and you had indicated:
 
"Hi,
It does it without any effects.  And I've attached links to image files...."
