Not much help Bill, ol pal, but even though I'm pretty sure I have a YouTube account (I think) I never log in to YouTube...ever. I just go to it and use the search feature for whatever I'm looking for. Simplz.

OK i've cleared cookies and site data in Google chrome but get the same picture as above. I have no problem signing in anywhere else.
 
I have a lot of subscriptions and library I used daily and now I can't get back in youtube. This is so frustrating!! 

I never sign in to you Tube directly. I sign in through my Google, GMail account.
have you tried signing in through GMail ?
 

Yes Chuck twice. I can get youtube with my PS3 but not on my PC which is 90% of where I need and use it

Chuck - I don't get the red trouble shoot thingy ( see screenshot I posted above)

Does anyone know of away to contact youtube support by phone or email instead of the troubleshooting help page?

I've been doing this all day and gotten nowhere. 

OK, Thanks Chuck! The 3rd time I watched the video I realized I hadn't checked the manage exceptions window(at the very end of the video) the other 2 times. When I did I saw that youtube was blocked. What? How it got that way I have no idea. I've never been into manage exceptions. Now I can get in and all is well again.
