to say mostly human error isn't fair to those who have had real issues.
ive been very lucky, I love this software and have had little to no problems at all.
been a work horse and very stable.
but I think your OP is bound to rub some the wrong way. (not as much as much as your previous thread)
there is a lot of human error, I just don't think its mostly human error.
and to err is okay, we all started somewhere.
it is frustrating when someone goes off on a rant and then they finally figure out they didn't know the feature as well as they thought, or maybe a keystroke change has them thinking a feature is broken or not working.
so in some ways, I really understand what your saying and I understand where your coming from.
