Can I buy a Producer 7 and upgrade it to x3, and how much would it cost?

Where in the world would you buy a piece of software that 7 years old (Producer 7)?  It's been off the market so long that it would almost certainly have to be a cracked copy, therefor, possibly not eligible for a discounted upgrade, if any.  More details, please.

Maybe not a crack but if a copy of SONAR 7 Producer was one sale somewhere, it is unlikely to be an unregistered copy. Only the original registered user of a Cakewalk product qualifies for upgrade pricing. If one could find an unregistered copy of SONAR 7 Producer, the upgrade to X3 would be $199.
