I'll be traveling soon and I wouldn't mind making a little bread in my hotel room while I'm away. Does anyone know of any bread recipes which will fit in a small suitcase (and get through customs)? 




Not recommended since bread needs to sit and "grow" with some air, and not be in a tight space! It will go sour in a closed space.
