OK, I thought this was done with, but I'm still having issues with audio.   I don't get crackling anymore.  But when I hit "play," sometimes it pops.   Not all the time, but sometimes.   What causes it to do that?  Is that still a driver issue?

My guess is that it is caused by an audio clip starting, at a place where the audio waveform is not at zero.
That will cause pops.

Thanks, Zargg.  Not 100% sure what it means.  I did read a couple of articles on it.   Should sink in eventually.
