I seem to have "lost" Z3TA + 2.1.
I know that I was using this in X2.
Now I am at X3c and when I decided that I wanted to use the plug on a current project it is nowhere to be found.
So, I go to my account and there is my serial number and registration code, but no download link.
What's up with that?
Have I finally slipped over the edge or is there something that I don't know?
Or? OK, I am out of questions. Just a bit baffled.

If you bought the X1 Production Suite, it would be on the download page for that product.

Did you remove X2?
If you didn't check to see if your VST paths are the same as X2.
Also reset and rescan your plugins.

Z3TA 2.1 Runs Standalone---Meaning you can launch it from the Windows desktop.
If there; then do a Reset & Rescan of VST Plugins

Yes, unless you yourself have deleted it, or removed an earlier version of Sonar (BAD move!) then ti will still be on your system somewhere.
 
You just need to point the VST scanner to the correct location

I too noticed I have no download link in my account.

Well, long story short. I had to re-install.

When I originally did the VST reset and then re-scan I came up with 14 more VST effects.
The real shame is I didn't even miss them. Guess I may have too many for practical use.

Yes I'm finding nowdays that I have too many plugins to cope with so I'm disabling many to aid my workflow. There's only so many gates, compressors, reverbs and delays you can have for instance. 2 of each is enough for me.

I have purchased the patch to upgrade from Z3TA+ 1 (included with sonar X2 producer) to Z3TA+ 2. On my account, on the download page, there are 5 items :
 
1. Z3TA 2 Free Mutant Patches
2. Z3TA_2-Polybius.zip
3. Z3ta+ 2 installer
4. Z3ta+ 2.1 installer
5. Z3TA+ 2.1.1 Setup (Mac)
 
I use a PC, so I have downloaded the 4 first files. The issue here is that I got the same file for item 3 and 4, ie I cannot download the version 2.1 ! What's wrong here ? (in the "associate file" section of the table, for 3 and 4, I have the same file : <Z3TA_2_Setup(Windows).exe> , no 2.1 version. So why is this entry in the table ? )
 
Moreover, when I click on the 2nd item (Polybius), I reach an error page...
 
I did that at the end of november last year and I have tried again right now, no change. I have sent a request to the customer service (case 120265...) and I have not received any feedback since...

Something has changed too, in november, when I clicked on the download button for Z3TA+ 2 in my "Registered Products" (main page of my account), firstly, I reached a page with 3 links : Z3TA2, polybius and Mutant Patch. The first one opened the page I have just described with the 5 items, and the 2 others allowed me to download polybius and the mutant patch (but this page is not available now...) The polybius file I downloaded was a zip file of 88Ko, do you think it is the whole stuff, or should I download something else in the link 2 above ?
