Would anybody be able to confirm these steps in X3D?
It's difficult to tell if this is the plugin, Sonar or me that is the issue right now...

STEPS

In Sonar X3D:
1) Create a Sonar X3 Project
2) Insert Z3TA+2 soft synth choosing just Simple Instrument track and synth property page.
 
In Z3TA+2:
3) Click on the ARP(Arpeggiator) button (Next to the MOD button).
4) Observe a load of notes (you should be on the default preset Italio 84 or something)
5) Drag these notes onto to the very beginning of the Sonar track.
 
In Sonar:
6) Observe notes created.
7) Undo so we have an empty track again
 
In Z3TA+2:
8) Click Program (top right hand corner) and then Initialize
9) Under Osc (Oscillator) select WAVE of VINT SAW 1 by clicking on the field
10) Click on the ARP(Arpeggiator) button (Next to the MOD button).
11) Under Pattern select MIDI Arp001 or any other MIDI pattern.
12) Drag notes onto Sonar track, like you did last time, to the very beginning of the track.
 
EXPECTED
 
In Sonar:
A clip of notes created
 
ACTUAL
 
In Sonar:
Observe what may appear to be no notes.
If you go to Piano Roll View observe will some notes created at the beginning on the first bar.

When you set SYNC from OFF to 4d (for example), you can see the notes:
All notes start at 1:01:000 when SYNC is set to OFF (see event list)
