i've tried to use RXP and Cyclone.
Both are not doing what is described.
RXP is not loading REX files, not from the own lib nor from external!
Also loaded WAV files will not be be sliced in RXP.
 
Cyclone is loading files in the "load bin" but not doing anything. It shows the waveform but does not slice the samples (I've tried different once). Furthermore its not producing any sound!
 
I know that both tools are very old, but they are delivered with Sonar X3, so i would expect they work.
 
System: Core i5,
Windows 7 64 bit, Sonar X3d 32 bit

Hmm try running Sonar as Admin, and if you are already doing that please try the opposite.

I guess I'm wrong but I thought I still had these synths as I upgraded from previous versions of Sonar, I'm amazed they still bundle these synths with X3 (marketing wise I don't think it makes a lot of sense to bundle Direct X plugins, or plugins that don't have 64 bit versions anymore esp when development has ceased, I know many Sonar users still love these products however).

Thanks for advice, but its not working. Same wrong behaviour.
