Hello All,

Must be my indecisiveness.  I've read everything I could find both here and at DigiFreq but still am not really sure.

I will be purchasing PrimeLoops Cinematic Moods Loops to use as trailer style music on my sons school project. Wish I could currently afford ProjectSam :) I want to be able to, if possible, to drag/drop the loops from the browser and build the 'score' in that fashion but can't determine whether or not it should be WAV or Rex2 format.  I've read both ups and downs on both formats.

Any advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

 Best Regards,

It doesn't look like it matters which format.  Personally, I would go with the WAV files because that is a universal standard and I don't think you will notice any difference in sound quality between the two.

JMHO, YMMV of course.

To offer a devil's advocate view; one possible advantage to using RX2 files is those loops can be rearranged more eaily since they have built in slice points
