I just discovered Snake Selection in Melodyne.
How? Hold down shift, click on a blob, and drag from blob to blob without letting go, missing out a few blobs on the way.

IT'S BLOBTASTIC!!!!

I wonder if there's a patent on this because Sonar should have this with MIDI notes.
Those Melodyne developers are programming geniuses (Germans again!).

Nice. Maybe the bakers will put Snakes, Angry Birds and Tetris in X3e...

That's reserved for the Steam distribution I believe....

Pretty cool, aye?

Melodyne Editor is a great piece of software with a lot more depth than one might expect.

Is melodyne editor good for midi editing too or only audio?

I'm finding editing midi piano recordings very time consuming atm, but I'm still new to it. Melodyne audio editing felt so simple and effortless though.

MIDI is a whole different ballgame really, generally best to keep it away from Melodyne unless you have a particular purpose for it. You have a lot of flexibility with MIDI just get some video tutorials like Groove3 or something. Cheers..

I think I need to go to the melodyne forums and see how they are utilizing this tool to the fullest availability. I am nowhere using it as I should probably.

This is what I'm in the middle of, it's a fantastic tutorial (although targeted towards editor users):

And Melodyne have their own videos...
Yes there are loads of things you (and I) are missing out on!

+1 for Celemony's videos - they cover a wide variety of topics and pretty much every tool at some point (I think).  I've probably forgotten more of what I've already watched than I care to admit.   Hmmm... time for a refresher.

Celemony's videos are great, but I, too, highly recommend Eli's videos at Groov3.

Like all of his videos they are great.

Oh, and the manual is well worth reading, too.
