SilkTone...For one thing, just because a MIDI track's input shows that it is set to some source doesn't actually mean that it is. What I found is that you have to cycle the input selection to some other input and then back to the input you want it to be on. Only then will it more or less do what you want.
i wonder of this is to do with the "skylight" gui not being updated correctly? ie, the gui object doesn't correctly reflect the state of that object... it's my sus-picion that the gui not refelcting the correct state of things is the underlying cause of a lot of post-x bugs
