I just purchased a 6 pack (Midi drums generic of course!) from Best Service - download and cheap (about 55 euro I think - not near that computer at moment so can't check exactly)

Unfortunately they currently only have the MIDI 6 pack as a 'box' ie shipped item.

If I'm not mistaken, you can ask them to open the box and email the serials. They're perfectly ok with that.
