90 inches in 2016! I hadn't seen rain like March and August since I was on Guam and Thailand. People are really suffering down here. It has disappeared from the news.

The problem was most of it came in two 4 day periods twice Mar. and Aug.

Unless the wind takes him elsewhere, Rain is expected in Vegas daily.

we are the 2nd driest state in the nation.

And what about the 12" we got last week? The problem down here is we're only 18 feet above sea level (Bayou Bill may be even less if he's in New Orleans) so there's nowhere for it to drain!! I drove through two feet of water Sunday to get to church!!
