I have been having problem with the Korg Krome Keyboard plug-in and Yamaha MOX Keyboard plug-in

I'm friends with the Korg TS manager, I'll see if I can't get the Krome Plug-in sent over.

Edit: He says it's 32-bit only. 64-bit is not supported. He mentioned that their midi drivers won't work with 32 and 64 bit programs simultaneously.

the workaround has been to open with shift mode to selectively open plugins, but I noted that Sonar no longer puts "placeholder" plugins on the channel. When did this disappear?

Please PM a list of plugins you have found that do not work with SONAR and/or you have been finding some issues here or there.  I'll jump right in and see what we can do.

I am a newbie, so can't send PMs yet.  Antares Avox 4 64bit plugins are causing Sonar X3 to crash.  They scan ok, but when you try to insert one into a track, Sonar crashes.  Thanks for taking a look.

Just downloaded the trial for all 22 plugins in this bundle. Will keep you posted.

Confirmed, they are crashing SONAR X3c. VST2's don't scan in and the VST3's crash SONAR hard. We'll start looking into this over here at HQ.
 
*EDIT* I was able to get the VST2 64bit and 32bit plugins to successfully scan and open in SONAR X3c. The VST3's cause SONAR X3c to crash. For now, try using the 64bit VST2's and you should be ok, lemme know if that does not work. The VST2 64bit plugins install in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2
 

I had a reproducible crash last night with DMGAudio's Equality.
 
The crash was:
1. Loaded an existing project with DMGAudio's EQuality on the master buss
2. During playback of the song, delete the EQuality instance on the master buss
 
Result: Sonar would freeze and go into not responding mode. This was 100% reproducible on my machine and happened 3 times in a row.
 
To workaround the issue, I had to stop playback, THEN delete EQuality.

I think you can demo the T-Racks CS Suite, then download demos via the Custom Shop. At least, that's how Amplitube works. Funny thing is I was using the Black76 in a mix just last night, and wasn't having any problems with it (it's the same mix where deleting EQuality caused freezes however).

DMG Audio is currently looking into crashes with EQuality in Sonar.

I have problem with Waves SSL Channel Strip crashes everytime I insert it during playback

I have the demo installed for this plugin suite and I can't seem to get this to happen with the steps you provided me. Perhaps you have a project you could forward along?

Elysia Niveau Filter (VST2 - 32bit), will work OK when first put in the FX bin, but will crash X3 when you re-arrange the plugin order in the bin.  VST3 - 32bit version seems to be OK.

Are you running SONAR X3c 32bit? I can't seem to reproduce this issue.

Can you still reproduce this? I can't seem to get it to happen at all. Looks like a sweet plugin though!
