+1 for moving sample libraries if you have another drive.
Also, windows update backups can take a huge amount of space. Disk cleanup is able to remove them.
Also, if you don't use hybernation, I never have on any PC, it can be turned off to recover a substantial amount of disk space. The hybernation file is usually the same size as the amount of RAM you have.
Also, if you have any apple mobile devices like iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch these can take up a lot of space on the system drive. There is a way to trick iTunes and move the location of these files.
Sonar program files take up little space.
