There's still much to do and this is just the 1st step but it really looks good! 1700 sq ft means I can rehearse in the living room!

I have a separate room for Sonar and my stuff. A separate room for TV and yeti another for pole dancin or anything else. If I find a shovel maybe an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL!
