I am trying to use the HOLIDAY20 voucher ($20 off any purchase until 31 December) to get this Sonar X3 video:

http://www.store.cakewalk...ductid=30-G3SX3.00-20E

The current price of the video is $15.  Normal price is $30.  So we know that the price has not been automatically reduced by the HOLIDAY20 voucher; otherwise, the price would be $10.

I am trying to use the voucher HOLIDAY20.  The shopping cart and checkout page both say the voucher is active, but there is no actual discount; Cakewalk still wants to bill by credit card for $15.

Has anyone been able to get that video (or any other video for $20 or less) using the HOLIDAY20 voucher?

Thanks!

Travis

Yep same here - just tried to buy three Loop packs - it either does not apply the code to the end bill, or if you click on the arrow in the Promo box it says code already applied.....

It is only good for certain items:

Get what you really wanted for the holidays
You've shopped for everyone else in your life, now it's time to reward yourself for a job well done. We want to make that even easier for you by offering a $20 coupon that can be used on qualifying Cakewalk products through December 31st. It's our way of thanking you for being a loyal customer.
To redeem, just enter the promo code HOLIDAY20 and get $20 off any qualifying product (no price limitation). Here's a list of qualifying products:

Ah, the fine print.  I guess "any cakewalk product or upgrade" does not include the third-party videos and books.  Too bad!

Well. of the short list of qualifying items, what do you guys think of these:

1) Sonar X3 Producer Media Box - http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cus/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=10-CXSP3.00-20C

2) Chocolate Cake Drums - http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cus/category.aspx?categoryID=111

They cost around $30 each, so we'd be paying $10.

Any of them worth $10?  Or should we just /dev/null this HOLIDAY20 offer?

Yes, the $20 is good for those qualifying products. I believe there are some Z3TA+ 2 expansion packs that are under $20. Also you can get any of the new SD3 kits for $9.99 with the coupon.

Chocolate Cake Drums not worth it. Sounds not so good.
