Does this HOLDIAY20 only apply to those mutant packs?

I'm also having trouble using the HOLIDAY20 promo code on Sonar X3 Producer Upgrade (from X2 Producer). Again, the store seems to think that the promo code has already been used. 
 
Some extra info : I selected the product and entered the promo code before I "signed in" to the store. The discount was correctly applied (£119 down to £104). But as soon as I signed in, the discount was removed, showing the "already applied" message.
 
I've emailed Cakewalk about the problem, hope they get it sorted so that I can upgrade to over xmas !

If the list is to be taken literally there are no freebies this time. The list clearly lists only the mutant packs as eligible.

That pack was not created by Cakewalk. It only applies to the Mutant packs which are owned by Cakewalk.

Does it appear in your my accounts page? Just wondering if the system thinks you are valid or if there's some kind of disconnect. It should work if you can check out. I am looking into it.

Could you please list which ones ?  I see 6 different packs at 19.95 and all the ones I've tried result in :

In the email, it spells out the Cakewalk products that qualify. Basically it will work on any Cakewalk owned product. We own the Z3TA+ 2 Mutant Packs so that is all set. Stuff like DSF and Xenos doesn't work because we don't own it.

My bad, I thought there was one or two that were $14.95. I guess that's when they were on special.

The mutant packs were reduced for a long time so that is probably where the confusion came in. The xenos packs are usually much cheaper on their site anyway. The chocolate packs are somewbat intruiging. Maybe I'll risk $10 on the jazz brush pack
