When trying to install my recently bought x3 producer i get the message : invalid serial number...
Emailed support a week ago and still waiting. I did get their automated message that they will get back at some point, but when is that i wonder.
 
Everything looks alright on my store/download page, and serial numbers look fine too. Only it is invalid.
 
Tried the usual "run as admin" stunt, tried copy/paste vs. typing it in...
 
Sitting in Denmark im not likely to grab the phone any time soon, as it will probably cost more than the product it self.
 
any suggestions?

This might sound silly - take the serial number and copy it into Notepad.  This will strip off the formatting, and then copy it again, but this time from what you pasted into Notepad.
 
Then launch the install again and paste it in, using the Notepad-copied serial number.
 
I have seen weirdness in the past where the above has worked - (might have been for registration code, brain is fuzzy, but it did work so give it a shot).
 
It instead it is the registration code, do the above for that.  Please note that his may not be what is wrong, so it might not work, but is worth a shot.

Also, make sure you are using the correct number - there is serial number and registration code.  Putting one where the other goes won't work (trust me - I know).

Thanks for your answers guys, support emailed me with a new serial that worked plus an appology.
 
All is good now, time to make some noise
