ok... I'm game!  Just spent an hour playing around with the new comping goodies... I'm in luv!!!  I really like to vocal vamp and the splitting, slip editing,  isolation tool, and the whole shebang is just wonderful...
 
BTW, funny story... so here I have SWA vid on comping up on rt. hand screen... and x3 with a bunch of takes on left screen... and as I'm going along I'm trying to activate the play button on the video screen... OY!!! well maybe not a funny story as so much how dumb I am!
 
love the new tools... never got hooked on the oldies so don't know what the big deal is... and I'm sure there's a way to relable clips/takes... but ain't got that down yet... but the "heal" function, when you make a new clip boundry is totally cool... so much for just one vid!  found this out in the groove 3 vid!
