Alex, Thanks for the reply. Doing as such you suggested didn't resolve the issue I was having.
Let me re-explain if I may.
I found a midi drum in SonarX1, with the Tempo of 65 bpm.
My original song is in fact, Tempo 69 bpm.
I was trying to be able to change the drum tempo alone, to match the project temple of 69 bpm.
As long as the drum clip was a midi I was not able to get the Audiosnap palette to function.
So I exported the clip and made an audio file of it, then imported the audio clip and the Audiosnap palette
is now working.
So at the present I am still trying to figure out exactly how to change it as I described.
I can do it no problem in my Reason5, then export it and re-import into Recycle and get exactly what I want
but I want to learn how to do it in SonarX1 alone. I'm kind of trying to get away from Reason5, although it
is a great DAW in itself.
I even downloaded a pdf, Sonar X1 Power the comprehensive guide, which is very knowledgable.
Basically what I was looking for was a hands on that already knew the process, instead of me having to do all the reading and trial and error.
ps....at my age, 2 hours makes all the difference. :D
