For those of you who took advantage of the earlier 29.95 Addictive Keys deal, or anybody who has it, I guess,  Izotope is giving away Nectar Elements.  And...whoa.  Now my only problem's gonna be stripping of all the other vocal processing on my tunes and substituting Nectar.

The free Nectar also will count towards the upgrade discount on Nectar 2 when activated ($129 Nectar 2 / $199 Nectar 2 Production Suite).

However, there is a "Studio Bundle" deal (thru 12/31) as well that is the same price regardless of being a customer or not. They tacked Nectar 2 Production Suite onto Alloy 2/Ozone 5 for only $50 more (reg. price $299). For folks without Alloy 2/Ozone 5 already that is a nice package to check.

The free Nectar (version 1) was a promo code offered with Addictive Keys.

The Holiday Bundles are at: http://www.izotope.com/products/audio/bundles/

There is a fully functional 10-day trial on software, so is worth trying them all before committing to a purchase.

Nectar Elements had a promotion that was offered with Addictive Keys. If I recall correctly, that redemption code was offered by XLNAudio for those who purchased Addictive Keys (not the Additive Drums included with X3).

Log into your account on XLNAudio (http://www.xlnaudio.com/) and check "My Account" and the redemption code for Nectar Elements will be at the bottom of the "My Products" tab if you qualify for it.

I also got the email. It's apparently now available for ALL Addictive Keys owners. Best 29 bucks spent on software so far!

Nice little plug.  Like most strip type plugins, one could probably get better results creating a custom chain of individual plugs, but this is convenient and has good presets

Bummer...I just paid $49 for this a few weeks ago on a 1/2 price sale!!!

It's worth that price, but a better deal for free. The $29 AK is still well worth it, although I prefer the LL4 Rhodes. The other two pianos are definitely 'go to' plugins...

You could always try to approach one or the other for credit. It has worked for me in the past when a deal came up very shortly after me stepping in. Worth a try.
