I went to the report and I can disply it, but I can't find a link to upload a file and attach it to the report...
 
Can anyone please tell me the procedure?

I'm not at home now but there's definitely a button to upload the file. I always use it.

I'm on the form now. I don't see a button (I'm probably blind)....

You have to submit the ticket first.

Once you've submitted the report you get...
 
Please write this down for your records. You will automatically be emailed with any status changes to this report. You can also check the status, add additional messages and also upload files to your report by Clicking Here.

That's what I thought I remembered and I followed the links and ended nowhere with nothing... I can read the report but I can't add to it...
