I'm working on a mix ported over for from X1 and having some dropout issues that I have "mostly" worked out.
BUT, I'm having some issues with the ProChannel gate when I bounce the mix.
I've got some metronome bleed from the cans on the acoustic guitar track in a quiet spot.
I automated the PC gate to come on in that spot and when I play the track everything works fine.
When I bounce the mix I get a little tick tick tick in the mix.
I did an audible bounce and the tick tick tick is not there.
Here are the two bounces played back simultaneously, one inverted.
You'll here the difference as "reverb" (not surprising reverb is a time based effect),
then the gate will come on (that's noticeable) you'll here the tick tick of the bleed, then the gate turning off,
that's really noticeable.
What's up with the fast bounce and audible bounce being off that much?

Interesting. Any chance you could post audio from the same section done with audible bounce?

Here's a link to the "audible" bounce.
I've gone back and "tweaked" the gate settings (not on the example above) and rendered an acceptable "fast" bounce.
Interesting observation, this bounce was with the PC on the acoustic track open.
Am I hallucinating or what? That can't make a difference, can it?
Will test and report back...
