You didn't state you updated the firmware but OK this is done - good....
So you've nailed it down to antivirus? If so try and removal and reinstall of the antivirus (and double check you are not running any other antivirus or spyware products). Later we'll nail down the configuration...
I still recommend these steps regardless of it being fixed with antivirus switched off:
I think you should unplug your Axiom keyboard, remove your keyboard software. Reboot and install the latest software and firmware if available. Same with RDID1117 but don't really know what that is? Backup your machine, then run CHKDSK followed by SFC /SCANNOW in an administrative command prompt. Cheers...
