FreeFlyBert - Yes there have been 3 driver updates since I purchased this interface.  The same crap with all 3 versions.

JonD - Will do.  Can you elaborate though?  I have heard mention of this before.

Scook - Yea, no such setting that I know of on my PC.

Lawp - During Record and Playback

Britol Jonesey - Yes Master faders locked at Zero.

The PC  I was referring to was the ProChannel in SONAR. The Console Emulation plug-in can create crosstalk.

I don't use Pro Channel.  Nothing is on in Pro Channel.  So does this still matter?

Also, I exported the bass panned 100% left and I still hear it in the right.

I actually returned an Onyx Blackjack because of the same type of BS.
Mainly popping and just seemed like there was some underlying driver conflict but the focusrite is even worse.
Funny its almost the exact same BS But I've built a completely new PC since then so I know it's not my PC.

Check to make sure you are not in OFFSET MODE!
A simple push of "O" (that's the letter" on your keyboard) will toggle this on/off.

It is one of the best features of Sonar, but also one of the easiest to "screw everything up" when you don't know you are there! If you have panning problems - check "offset mode".

It could be the PC motherboard. If you are experiencing noisy connections with different USB connected interfaces and the USB ports you are connecting to are on the motherboard, you might consider a separate USB card.

Codamedia - Thanks! Tried that too. Still not fixing the problem.

Thanks to everyone.
Seems like everyone has thought of just about everything.

Scook  -  Are you talking about another usb card that plugs into the MB with like 4 inputs on the back of the PC?
I have a couple of those around.

Yea man, thanks.  While it may or may not solve my Panning problem its sounds extremely relevant to all the other problems I have been having.
The way Anderton describes it is exactly what it seems like.  Like something is competing for the USB Port that my Audio Interface is on.
I did try different usb inputs on the MB, but I am putting in a card now.
Thanks to everyone again......I chime back in later, might be tomorrow.
