I was just wondering if the Addictive Drums download was painfully slow for anyone? Or, if am I downloading on a bad day. Thanks.

Do you think that there are that many new X3 buyers that waited for X3d? I could see if the Adictive download was on the Cakewalk server but it isn't. People updating with the patch already have their drums downloaded.

I was actually surprised by how quick it was, how quickly it loads in X3 and also how good it is. Their email customer support is also first rate. Some other companies (cough) would do well to be more like them. ;)

I checked the XLN forum. From looking at the entries it looks like from time to time their server has bad days.

Now I'm getting an error as others have, "file size mismatch."

So today, no problem. The drums are downloaded and installed. It must have been a bad day for the XLN servers. Now I can check out X3d. By the way, The X3 install was not a problem. No speed bumps. I did a custom install and only loaded the add-ons that I didn't have.
