yeah, that's the point -the last versions of x1 and x2 were left buggy, fix only available for cash

I'm not going to lie..that sucks droopy yak...well yanno..but its par for the software course. We all face the simple question with every product of whether its worth sticking with the company or not. I have been a loyal sound forge customer for years and I found the latest upgrade to be a joke. Pretty much stripped down izotope plug-ins and integration with another product you have to buy and still 32 bit. I simply said no way and will be skipping this version. I know that's not the feelgood answer and does not make x2 any better for you but not sure what you want from this thread. We sympathize. There are still things I want changed in x3 and likely will be things I dont like about x4...just like every software I have ever used.

I'm on 10 and I doubt I will upgrade anytime soon. They will have to make it 64-bit and offer amazing discount to consider it. Not to mention update the 15 year old modules. Acoustic mirror has to be the slowest convolution reverb.

yeah i was hoping for native x64 also, i'd speculate that the most effort has gone into the mac "version"
