Hi,
I purchased Overloud prochannel fx and am trying to get them authorized on the Overloud authorization page.
The product is installed on an off-line pc, so I had to get a "request file" onto my internet-connected pc.
Then I created an account at Overloud, and tried to get my product authorized.
But this is where it goes wrong! I cannot find an option to authorize my product with a "request file".
I can see options to authorize a product on this PC, on on an offline pc, on a flash drive... but NOTHING
about a "request file".
I tried and re-tried for 30 minutes and eventually gave up. Has anyone else had a problem with the Overloud authorization process for products that are not on a connected PC? Has anyone managed to successfully authorize a product with the request file??

Dazed and confused.

I have a problem with the Prochannel delay module that came with X3. To get the request file you have to drag the icon to the desktop and it creates the file.  Fine and dandy. I got the auth file back ok which it then says to save to daw pc and then drag back onto the auth icon, but it won't let me do it - I can drag it anywhere except onto the Overloud GUI. If I drag and then press enter it say invalid authorisation code. Thought it might be just me, so though I can't help you, don't feel alone ! ;)

Try running Sonar "as administrator".

There is an issue where even if you open the VST version in Sonar, the authorization requires the PC challenge/response code. Not sure if this is related but it's good to be aware of.
