First thing I thought of was Boz, but I also get a bit of BOC as well. Sounds excellent, and the vocals fit perfectly. Love the steady rhythm section and guitars. Great job Clint!

Nice tune Clint, and well put together too... nice production touches.  Reminded me a little of Steely Dan.  Really enjoyed it.

All in all Clint it works well here, though like Bat the drums are just a little dull, and the snare is just a bit to the same, (Furry ears), nice groove though.

Nice song...  well written and performed.  It's got a great vibe to it. 
 
Mix-wise not much to add - maybe just a little hi-end on the drums for some sheen, and a slightly "rounder" lead tone.   Minor points though... the important stuff is already there.

I want to hear the electric piano with a slightly more-defined placement - everything else is in a pretty specific "place" in the stereo field (great job with that, by the way). I dunno. Really splitting hairs here. It still sounds pretty awesome as-is. That's about all I can find to pick at!
