Bouncing to clip worked as ohgrant suggested.  And, now there is a VST3 folder in the plugin tree with Melodyne.  In the ReWire tree is Melodyne Single Track.
 
I did check for V-Vocal scook, and there are three dll's and the Skin directory.
 
I'll try a few more projects to confirm all is well.  Sure appreciate the help.
