I had that same exact issue. For one, I was copying the wrong one. I was using the VS-700 one that was posted in the top post and changing the 700's to 100's.
It will still come up as an error when you try and install it though, so what I did was turn on my VS-700. It will do the whole "loading device" thing and when it searches for the driver, point it to the folder with the driver in it. It loaded up fine after that. I was losing my mind for a bit with that error because there was nothing to uninstall so I decided to try the old fashioned way and it worked fine. :)
Hi again, TerraSin!
I saw your comment and today I have tried reinstalling the drivers, copying and pasting that text, because last time I wrote VS700's text.
I have done all steps in the post one more time, but when I press ''install'' the error message appears again, so I turn my V-STUDIO 100. My computer loads it, but it doesn't give me the ''search the driver folder'' option, simply it loads the device. Then, I go to startmenu/config/devices/connecteddevices (I guess that's named so in english) and there is VS100 with a message that say ''not available''.
I guess I'm a disaster with these things... All the same, thank you so much! (;

Don't hold your breath waiting. I messaged Roland the other day and they aren't sure when or if Japan is sending them the drivers. It took quite a few months with Win8 if I remember correctly.
If the Windows 8.1 drivers were uploaded late, it will not be different with the Windows 10 drivers, I suppose
