Hi,
This is a great thread. It gave me the solution to getting my VS100 to work again in W10. Special thanks to MacTheKnight and Terrasin who made this possible. Guys I have used your info to create a small document, especially for enabling installing an unsigned driver. I also have created a zip file that can be used as long as there is no official solution. The zip file is almost identical to the Roland version except that it installs the mentioned unsigned driver and it contains the small document.
Please know that you should not use it if you are earning money with your system as I do not know if it is stable.
My system was Windows 7 and I upgraded it to W10. In W10 I installed this driver and it seems to function fine.
Here is the link where you can download the file:
Link has been removed due to the availability of an official driver

P.S. the link is in quotes as it is < my 4th message

EDIT for new official driver: Roland has mad a new driver for the VS100 available see this link:
I have removed the link to the unsigned driver.

I tried the steps recommended on the Roland link above but the system does not "automatically" load the driver from the Internet. Loading a driver shouldn't be this difficult.....
