This is a little dated - it's from 2012. Windows 8.0 had just been released and you get to watch one of the world's greatest Windows experts get flummoxed by it (as did we all!).
If you're a long-time user of SysInternals tools, 80-90% of this talk will be old news. But I'd still recommend it for any serious student of all things Windows. I learned a couple things from the presentation. For example, I learned how those pesky un-killable processes respawn themselves, and how to defeat them. (Spoiler: they work in pairs; suspend them first and then they'll die).
