Thanks Reece, Sorry I have not listened to your new stuff been dealing with the loss of our dog unexpectedly.  She was diagnosed with cancer of the Liver, Pancreas and Stomach last Thursday after collapsing on her 12th birthday.  Stupid vets (I am being nice calling them that) missed the early signs over the last two years.
