Audiences, ranging in number from 1, to over 30,000 between 1963 and 1985 when I stopped performing.

I'm not sure of the number, but they're all in therapy.

Church doesn't count. They're not there (hopefully) to see you play.

I don't think reading it that way makes a difference...(funny works)...it's all history anyway and we know how people screw that up.
No matter how it's read the part that means the most to me is "I stopped performing". One of the best decisions I've ever made and immediately after doing so I knew I should have done it sooner. About a decade sooner. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
