how can i see the FX bin in audio track please tx.

Use drop down just to the left of the timeline in the track view. Try the "All" setting. In this illustration from http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation/default.aspx?Doc=SONAR%20X3&Lang=EN&Req=Views.02.html it is set to Mix

In the Track View theres a drop down box right above the track pane. Click it and select "all"

And if you cannot see the fx Bin in Console View, click the Modules button and make sure it's checked in the list of options
