How do I tell if there is a newer version that I should be using?

Silly question, when I check my version under help/about I get:
Sonar X2 Studio (X2 build 306)
Is there a newer release that I am eligible to upgrade to for free?

I've been having a few crashes lately and I want to make sure I'm on the latest version of X2.
