I can get the 5 IKM synths to run in standalone mode after some jigging around in the registry but as plugins they throw a 'There is a registry error stopping this plugin from running'

I don't know what else to edit or do to make them work.

On my win7x64 laptop they all run fine in X3c using jBridge but not jBridge or bit bridge on Win 8.1.

I run the standalone versions in Win 8.1 as Administrator with compatibility mode for Win XP sp3. I installed as Administrator but no go with the plugins.

Any suggestions appreciated?

The good news is Sample Tank 3 is coming soon. Of course, soon has been for about 2 years.
 
ST3 is slated to be shown at NAMM in January.

According to threads in the software forum, you'll be able to use existing libraries with ST3.

I believe Glyn is referring to the fact that there will no longer be a SampleTank Free...so, to take advantage
of 64 bit ST 3 you will, at the bare minimum, have to buy the upgrade, which will include the new library.
So, in order to use your existing content, you will have to PAY....I could be mistaken though...

Zactly, IK have indicate that there will be no free player, but they also indicated that ST3 would be released this year. So who knows. Sorry to hijack mudgel's thread with yet another ST3 rant.
 
For the record my ST2.5 and Miroslave CE work using bitbridge on my system, but a lot of people report issues, I did not have to jump through any hoops, I just installed and it worked. However I have yet to update to Windows 8.1

Hopefully waiting a while will will give someone helpful an opportunity to post.
