I believe you may have recorded a MIDI track.
When you record with a MIDI controller, such as your ozone, you are not recording sound. You are recording instructions that tell a synth or sound module which notes to play. The recorded track will look like dots and dashes.
The output of the track must be set to something that can read the MIDI data, and in turn create the sound you are trying to hear.
This can be a soft synth (TTS-1, Studio Instruments, Rapture, etc), the Microsoft Wavetable Synth, or a hardware module.
If you have recorded an audio track using the ozone interface, you may have a different problem.
Tell us more about what exactly you are recording, and which version of Sonar you are using.
Any additional information about your setup and system will help.
We need a lot more information from you so we can get a better idea of what the problem is.
