I kept getting a error opening projects in X3C x64, and "Cronus" was to blame. So I nuked it...

Turns out it's V-Vocal! Anyone have a clue how to reinstall that sucker so don't have to retune every old take with Melodyne?

You could try to reintall X2 or x1 or whichever is your favourite previous version of Sonar that contains V-Vocal

Restore from your backup. No backup...
IIRC, V-Vocal is not a separately installable plug-in. It will take a minimum reinstall of a previous version of SONAR using the advanced install option. Deselect everything except the basic program.

V-Vocal is not part of X3 - it was replaced with Melodyne.

V-Vocal gets installed in the base install of X1 or X2 (don't remember if it was part of 8.5.3).

Anyways, if it is not sitting in the trash bin, you will need to install one of the prior versions of Sonar that contains V-Vocal.  It is is sitting in the trash bin, I would think you could recover it from there.

Hope that helps,

V-Vocal has been included with Sonar since version 6.2.1

It's only X3 that omits it, so you should have it somewhere
