It's been a while since I've done a fresh Windows 7 installation along with everything else (I'll be making an image file this time though once all is installed).
I upgraded Dim Pro LE to 1.5 years ago and although the serial & reg numbers show up in my account, the download link doesn't.
Just wondering if I'll have to call support tomorrow or if there's another way.

EDIT- it just occured to me to search for a trial...I found one so I should be able to just enter my serial and reg number right?

If you are running a recent version of SONAR Producer, the download files are on the page with your download version of SONAR.

hmmm....maybe I accidently deselected it on the custom installation I did....so I guess I'll need to extract everything and select it on another custom installation right scook?
EDIT-or use the trial I just downloaded yeah?

It is not part of the SONAR installer. There are two additional download files, the DimPro installer and the Expansion Packs installer. They would be on the same page as the SONAR download files. I have never used the trial version.

Oh so you mean in my account...if that's the case then I guess I'll just need to call support tomorrow b/c like I say the link is not there.

What version of SONAR are you using?

I have X2 and X1 but I'm installing X2 only

If it is X2 Producer or X1 Producer, there should be a link to download those versions of SONAR. Click the X2 Producer or X1 Producer download link, in addition to the SONAR files there should be
04_Dimension_Pro_1_5_Setup.exe
04_Dimension_Pro_1.5_Expansion_Packs.zip
If the files are not there, then support is your best solution.
 

Ah yes, thanks scook I found it...I still need to contact support though b/c I'm missing a couple of download links including X2 but it was there just as you described under the X1 link...thanks again!

There were no changes to DimPro between X1 and X2 (or X3 for that matter) so you are good WRT DimPro.
