Lag switching between projects? (p.2)

I have disabled 64-bit precision, I have updated to Xc, I have updated, defragged and updated. Also, it's not just a lag when dragging, it's a lag merely clicking on the other project to focus it.

Please post your hardware specs in your footer (see my footer), all your hardware that's inside and plugged into your PC including your graphics card. Want to see if there is any potential for conflicts.

Also check your event viewer.
