Hi,   i ordered the X3/melodyne bundle last night from the webstore but can not download the files, i have got the serial numbers linked to my account but the link to download the files is dead. Can someone from cakewalk look into this for me please thanks

You should contact Customer Support. This is a peer to peer forum and while personnel from Cakewalk do peek in the fastest way for you to get your account straightened around is through Customer Support.

Thanks Mike, i have already emailed support still waiting on them, thought i might get a faster reply here its nearly 24hrs sinse i bought it i wanna try it out damn it! ;P

You might consider calling Customer Support rather than waiting for an email reply if time is of the essence.  1-888-CAKEWALK.

One thing: Make sure it is Order Support not Technical Support.

I always screw up upgrades when it comes to pricing. I ordered X3/melodyne editor, upgrading through melodynes site (the normal way), and a day or two later that offer appeared... arghhh! So what it was like a $70 difference or something...

Same thing happened to me last time I ordered a plugin.
Ah well an offer is an offer (mustn't grumble, but I do!).

I know this is no help to the OP, but just FYI, I bought the X3 upgrade last night and it downloaded perfectly.  Installed this morning with no problems.
